This 3.31ct chromium diopside has been in Monica’s collection for some time. Worth 10 times that of common green tourmaline, it’s rare, collectible, and has great appreciation potential. Its rich forest-green color resembles that of tsavorite. The loose gem comes with a GRC international certificate and supports reinspection.
Monica designed an elaborate 18K white gold “A riot of flowers”ring setting for it. Taking nearly two months to complete, the craftsmanship is highly intricate, and the result is stunning. The ring features 1.72ct of natural white sapphire, along with natural high-white diamonds, sapphires, malachite, and custom-cut mother-of-pearl, offering rich and luxurious design elements. The ring’s main part is detachable, allowing it to be worn as a pendant, enhancing its versatility.
