Our Founder

Monica Yu, an artist and jewelry designer, holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Peking University and the University of Chicago. She studied at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and NGTC, and is a GIA – certified diamond and pearl grader, an outstanding Bazaar Jewelry Master Class student.

She’s a member of the Gems & Jewelry Trade Association of China and a council member of the University of Chicago Beijing Alumni Club.

In 2018, she founded MONICA YU Haute Joaillerie, and in 2024, launched LUNE ROSE Art jewelry.

Monica blends Eastern and Western art, spanning classical to modern styles. Committed to freedom, rationality, courage and love, she serves global high – end clients. She runs a Beijing studio and operates flagship stores on Tmall, Taobao and Xiaohongshu.
